Google Irony

Anyone else get those weird internet ads in their feed? Here's a screenshot of my google reader for Michelle Malkin's site, and right below her post about chintzy Obama gear is an ad:


Somehow, I think the average Malkin reader wouldn't be interested in Obama commemorative plates. Perhaps it's a conspiracy?
