Nigerian born designer Duro Olowu is a man after my own heart. He is simply brilliant when it comes to prints and patterns. Olowu is known for his patch work multi- print dresses. They are captivating and simply gorgeous.
Duro silhouettes were sophisticated and feminine adorned with ruffles, florals and abstract prints. He named one of the dresses the "Harlem Dress" which I am sure his beautiful wife Thelma had something to do with his inspiration.
A true genius of fashion knows how to mix fabulous fabrics, prints and textures together, Duro is definitely one of them.
