Sophie Theallet worked for Azzedine Alaia for a decade before establishing Motu Tane, a resort line. She launch her own line in 2008. The French designer Spring collection was filled with gorgeous feminine cottons and tropical flowers and flirty ruffles pieces. Her fall 2009 collection was heavenly influence by the Native American tribes;Pocahontas meets chic.
Sophie Theallet intricate constructed silhouettes are interesting and just beautiful. She used spectacular African-American models in her shows and for me she is beyond fabulous!
