Halle Berry or Megan Fox
Halle Berry first wore this sexy black with sheer panel Herve Leroux dress to the "X-men" Los Angeles premiere. I have never been a fan of the sheer panel because it's so 1985 but Halle looks great minus her anchor woman's hair.
Megan Fox wore her more revealing version to the "Late Night Show with David Letterman". Megan is the queen of sexy and this dress was made for her. She looks fabulous from her wavy curls to her fabulous peep-toe heels.
As much as I love Halle, I have to go with Megan on this one!
