Celebrities can't get enough of Lela Rose gorgeous ruffle silhouettes. They come in delicious colors and they look stunning on everyone.
The designer is known for her elegant and feminine garments. I have a couple of her ruffled blouses and I wear them to death with jeans, trousers or with a cute floral or textured skirt. One of them are being altered as we speak because I wore the ruffles off!
