The 52nd Grammy Awards- Salute To Icons Honoring Doug Morris

Mary J. Blige is simply glowing in this amazing sequined Alberto Makali dress. She is looking like a complete movie star.

Rihanna took the more avant garde approach wearing this funky asymmetric tulle Viktor & Rolf dress.

I know you guys probably hate this look but I loooove it! Model, Aminata Niaria wore this dress on their spring 2010 runway show and I had it on my side bar of supermodels. I prefer the runway version.

The new couture queen Ciara is in Givenchy head to toe again. I actually also looooove this look as well. I adore the feathered jacket, tied blouse, shorts and over-the-knee boots. I adore her sleek hair and flawless make-up.

I know I whine about color all the time but in this case, I can do without it. Don't get me wrong I like Jennifer Hudson's bold shoulders dress but just not the color. The dress already has fabulous details therefore it didn't need the bold color.

It looks like Eddie Murphy circa 1982 in "Delirious". I also dislike her hair to no end.

I don't care for this dated look on my girl Gabrielle Union at all. From the hair to the dress, it just screams 1982 and not in a good modern way.

Now this is a more modern way to wear sequins. Keri Hilson looks great in this gold chain mail dress. My only complaint is her mentionable showing under the dress.

Fergie looks sensational in this silver criss-cross laced Zuhair Murad dress. I adore her metallic strappy sandals.

First, I would like to address Ashanti's hideous hair! Are you kidding me? It's beyond cheap corner store weave. Two-tone hair is never ever a good idea.

Now, I can focus on her cute ruched dress. It's looks like leather but I am not quite sure.

Taylor Swift is rocking her signature sparkly mini dress. She looks wonderful but I have seen this look on her millions of times.

Speaking of seeing the same look over and over. Carrie Underwood looks fabulous in this beaded one-shouldered Jenny Packman dress. I hate her big country hair though.

I don't care for this flapper inspired dress on Katy Perry at all. It's just shapeless and have too much going on.

I love you Natalie Cole but come on now, you are a little toooo old for this short dress. As Joan Rivers said on the "Fashion Police" about Sophia Loren at the SAG awards "come sit in the shade with me".
